Finding the right caregiver for your or your loved one’s needs is easy when you use CareLinx. Start by telling us about your personal care needs, browse caregiver profiles on our digital network, and contact 2-3 caregivers that look like a good match. Schedule a “meet and greet” to learn more about them, and if you both agree that it’s a good fit, hire, pay, and manage your caregiver through CareLinx.
Find Care in 4 Easy Steps
1. Tell us about your care needs and post a job (start a post)
Start by telling us more about your care needs by creating a thorough job post. Help us to best understand your needs and preferences, what kind of help you’re looking for, and more!
2. Browse and message caregivers
Next, browse our directory of caregivers ready to help in your area, and send a message to those that you’d like to learn more about. Need additional help finding the right caregiver? We’ve got you covered! Our Care Team is here to help via live-chat and by phone- seven days a week.
3. Interview caregivers you like
Message and set a time to speak with the caregiver(s) you’re potentially interested in hiring. We understand that each of our families has unique needs and the interview process helps ensure a good match with the right caregiver. Need help scheduling interviews? Our Care Team is here to help schedule interviews with caregivers you’d like to speak to - seven days a week.
4. Hire your caregiver
Once you have found a caregiver that fits your family's needs, login to your CareLinx account and hire your new caregiver with a click of a button. Our staff will reach out to you to confirm the details of your hire, plus provide you with next steps in preparation for your first shift.
