Step 1: Send a message
Before you can invite caregivers to video interview, you'll first need to send them at least one message.
Step 2: Schedule the video interview
Select the interview button. If you and a caregiver have already agreed on a specific time/date to interview, select Yes.
If you selected No, you can offer 3 available time slots that fit your schedule.
Step 3: Caregiver agrees to interview
The caregiver should respond shortly to whether those time slots work for their schedule. If not, they will reach out to you with different time slots they're available.
Need to cancel an interview? Find the specific caregiver, and select Interview Details. Then select Cancel Interview in the bottom left of the dialog.
Step 4: Join the interview
You will get an email and a message after a caregiver has confirmed a time & date, and you'll also receive an email reminder 15 minutes prior to join the video interview.
Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if you are unable to see that email.
You can also log into CareLinx, head to your Messages tab, and join the video interview by selecting Interview Details in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 5: Set up your device
Once you're able to join the video interview, make sure to that your webcam and microphone is all set up by allowing access to your device.

Step 6: Rate your interview
Once you have completed an interview, let us know how it went, and decide if you'd like to hire your prospective caregiver or conduct more interviews.
