How to remove a task

1. Click on the task that you want to EDIT

   1. If a task has the “On” toggled in the More Options switch it back to “Off”

2. Scroll down and click on the ‘Remove Task’ text

3. Task has been removed! You will be redirected to the ‘Today’ section of the Care Plan
