1. Click on the blue button that says: “Add New Task”

  2. Enter the information requested:

    1. Description

    2. Instructions

    3. Instructional photo

    4. Assigned To

    5. More Options

  3. Click on the blue button that says: “Save”

💡 Tip: After the task has been added to the Care Plan. It can be found under the ‘Upcoming’ section.
