CareLinx provides a comprehensive and clear invoice from your caregiver once he or she provided the home care services and submitted their timesheet. Your invoice is sent to you via email in a PDF attachment. It can also be found on your manage Care Team page under your caregiver, as well as the Payments page.

Summary cover page
This cover page summarizes the pay period, employment info and overall hours and amount you have to pay.
Here's where you can see all the shifts breakdowns. Shifts with overtime rates are in a separate line.
Note that while we have guidelines to help your caregiver set the regular vs overtime hours, please instruct your caregiver on the pay period arrangement that determines when there is an overtime, in accordance with your local labor regulations. (E.g. A work week with 4 days of 10 hrs, vs a work week with 5 days of 8 hours have different overtime calculations)
Employee Deductions & Expenses
This section is where the employee has tax withholding that gets deducted from their paycheck, or expenses that they are seeking reimbursements from you that will be added to their paycheck.
The Net Pay = Gross Pay - Deductions + Expense Reimbursements
This section shows all the payroll taxes that is due at the Federal and State level. Note that the amounts shown here includes taxes that you as the employer needs to pay PLUS the taxes that the caregiver is paying from their wages.
Note that as the employer, you are responsible for withholding the caregiver portion of the taxes and then paying their tax and your tax together. CareLinx with HomeWork Solutions is managing this on your behalf.

The last page shows the breakdown of the payment into the various wages, expenses, taxes, and fees.
