Learn how you can set a shift reminder for your caregiver below.
Shift reminders can be very helpful for caregivers that like to be reminded of their upcoming scheduled shift. Both caregivers and families are able to set shift reminders, and will be reminded via email, text, and/or in-app 2 hours prior to the shift.
How to Set a Shift Reminder for Your Caregiver
- Log into your account
- Under My Connections, click Manage to access your caregiver's shift
- Click Set Next Shift and input the date, time, and location of the shift
- Click Add to complete

You will receive an email of your caregiver's shift reminder 2 hours before his or her shift begins (like shown above).
